Our process: SlimTrace™

All of our projects are structured by a CMMI-conformal development process called SlimTrace™. SlimTrace™ is characterized by a strong analytic foundation which makes it possible to deliver high-quality products designed based on real customer requirements. A typical project begins with a thorough analysis with two estimation steps: one rough and one precise.

The second, thorough estimation is a solid basis for the final decision over the further development of a project or a current project release. After a positive decision, the coding that has already started in the analysis is now fully performed. This phase ends with the delivery of the target system.

Depending on project complexity our process includes numerous measures to assure that the delivery optimally meets the customer’s needs. During the analysis phase graphical user interfaces (GUI) and functional and technical prototypes are designed and discussed. In the implementation phase, alpha and beta releases are delivered. Additionally, further quality assurance measures such as unit test, integration and system test are performed to guarantee the stability and robustness of the delivery.

The SlimTrace™ - process is based on well-established best practices defined by the industry standard CMMI from the Software Engineering Institute. That allows us to deliver to our customers high-quality products based on methodically engineered requirements.
